Nick is a dynamic General Manager with a knack for leading teams and delivering top-notch results. He’s passionate about making work fun, efficient, and successful. Whether it’s managing projects or improving service delivery, Nick brings energy and expertise to every challenge. With a focus on people and progress, he’s all about building great teams and hitting goals, all while keeping things fresh and exciting.

Dannielle is a qualified CA and makes sure our suppliers are paid on time and our finances are ship shape.

Head of Sales
Craig has an extensive background in cloud and datacenter services in both government and private sectors. Craig is gifted in keeping the complex simple, he is practical yet customer-focused.

Customer Liaison
Lucy is all about organisation, making sure the team is set up for anything that comes their way. In her free time, Lucy is at home with her puppy and taking care of her massive plant collection.

Brent has been in IT since 2003 and is always learning through his extensive experience in IT! He always wants to figure out things work and won’t stop till your problems are solved.
MICHELLE
Project Coordinator
Michelle is our resident mother duck, anything you need Michelle can do. When Michelle isn’t taking care of the office she is spending time with her daughters and son in laws.
JOHN
Project Technician
John has always had a strong passion for anything technical, which is evident from his 15-year career in IT. Outside of work, he spends his spare time working on his car and playing guitar, indulging in his hobbies.
LUKE
Service Delivery Manager
Luke is a superstar at all things IT, always listening to you and helping you get to the bottom of the problem. In his spare time, Luke is at home with his cat loving life.
ASH
Service Desk Dispatcher
Ash brings over a decade of IT experience to Teamwork with multiple certificates and diploma's under her belt. While she is always making sure your tickets are being actioned, in her spare time Ash is out and about trying out all kinds of foods and catching up with friends.
SAVVAS
Technical Manager
Savvas enjoys resolving all our client issues and making sure a great outcome is reached. In his free time, Savvas can be seen going on adventures with his wife and little boy.
ADAM
Senior Systems Engineer
Adam is the Silent killer of IT problems, he sneaks up behind them under the cover of darkness and terminates them for good.
JONATHAN
Senior Systems Engineer
Jonathan has been working in IT for three years now. His love for computers comes from his dad, who was an aircraft engineer. In his spare time, Jono is at home working on his cars or teaching himself to play a new instrument.
CJ
Technical Team Lead
CJ has been in IT for 10 years, always challenging himself to learn more about IT. CJ is a nurse by profession, he is used to the fast pace environment that is dental IT support. In his spare time he is chasing sunsets and watching anime.
GARETH
Team Coordinator
Gareth gets his kicks from helping our clients reach great outcomes in their businesses by getting their issues resolved as quickly as possible.
KIMBERLY
Team Leader
Kimberly is our go to for ensuring that client systems are proactively maintained and monitored. She is a Mum to 3 kids and during her free time loves to travel around on her blue motorcycle named Bruce.

Technician
Angus has been in IT for 2 years, holding a Cert IV in Cyber Security, driven by his love for new technologies and problem-solving. When he’s not advancing his skills, he enjoys leather working, playing video games, and watching the NBA, go Pistons!

Anthea has been in the IT industry for three years and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science. She enjoys traveling, listening to music, watching K-dramas and anime, and spending her spare time going out with friends and family.

Ben has been fascinated by how things work from a young age, he has been building and repairing computers since Year 7 and holds certifications in both programming and ICT. Passionate about technology and problem-solving, Ben is also an avid anime lover and TTRPG enthusiast.

George has a strong desire to investigate your problems thoroughly and it never stands a chance against him. When he isn’t defeating your problems he is at the gym or in the kitchen whipping up a storm.

Hayden is our go-to man for help with no stress. If you need help keeping up with new technology, Hayden is your guy. When he isn’t helping our clients, he is coaching kids in cricket at his local club or lifting weights at the gym.

Following in his fathers footsteps, Jayden has always had an interest in IT and wanting it make it part of his future.. In his spare time, Jayden is playing all kinds of sports including gridiron rugby league and basketball.
