Competition Terms & Conditions

This Teamwork Technology Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”).

 

Who Can Enter?

Entry is only available to business owners of Australia who are aged 18 years or older.

Employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

 

How to Enter

• Must be or become a managed IT client of Teamwork Technology.

• Existing managed clients automatically receive one entry into the draw.

• The promotion ends at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 30 September 2025.

• Winners will be drawn at random on Wednesday 1 October 2025, and contacted by phone and email.

 

The Prize

The prize is a 4-night Tokyo getaway for 2 people, valued at AUD $5,257.

This includes:

• Return economy class flights with Qantas Airways from Sydney (30kg checked baggage included per person)

• 4 nights accommodation at Mercure Tokyo Hibiya in a Superior King Room

• Daily breakfast included

The total prize value is AUD $5,257. Prize values are accurate as of June 2025. Any change in pricing or availability is outside the control of the Promoter.

 

Terms and Conditions

• The total retail prize value is AUD $5,257.

• The travel package is offered by Teamwork Technology Pty Ltd (“Teamwork Technology”).

• The prize is only available to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

• The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and is non-refundable. If travel plans are cancelled or altered, no refund will be issued. Any costs above the prize value, including change or cancellation fees, are the responsibility of the winner.

• Notification and claiming the prize: The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided. They have 48 hours to respond, provide proof of eligibility, and claim the prize. If unclaimed within that time, the prize will be redrawn.

• Voucher validity: Travel must be booked by 10 August 2026 and travel completed by 22 December 2026, unless otherwise specified in the winner’s package.

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation and hotel discretion. Standard booking terms of the hotel and Teamwork Technology apply.

• Once a qualifying booking is confirmed, the voucher is considered fully used. No reinstatement, refund, or replacement will be provided, even if the booking is cancelled or changed.

• Any charges from airlines, hotels, or other suppliers resulting from changes or cancellations are the winner’s responsibility.

• No residual value or credit will be issued if the final booking amount is less than the prize value.

• To redeem, the winner must email their Teamwork Technology consultant and confirm redemption of their travel voucher.

• The prize is not transferable or replaceable for cash or credit and can only be used as described.

• Any taxes, surcharges, or hotel incidentals (e.g. extra persons, phone, minibar, parking) are not included and must be paid directly by the winner.

• The prize cannot be applied to miscellaneous fees or charges by the airline or hotel.

• These terms and conditions are final and cannot be altered by unauthorised persons, including Teamwork Technology employees.

• This travel voucher is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Proof of age and residency may be requested at Teamwork Technology’s discretion.

• Teamwork Technology reserves the right to update or change these terms at any stage without notice.

General Terms and Conditions

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Teamwork Technology (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion or the prize.

• Teamwork Technology is not liable for:
  a. Technical issues, equipment malfunctions, or third-party interference
  b. Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or claims
  c. Variations in prize value
  d. Any tax liability incurred by a winner
  e. Use of or participation in the prize

• Personal information collected during the promotion is used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Entrants can request access to or correction of their information via the Privacy Officer at Teamwork Technology Pty Ltd.
